## Challenge

**Dynamic targeting across member characteristics:** fully integrated Member view enables dynamic targeting based on demographics, medical claims, prescriptions, socioeconomic factors, etc. to identify member cohorts for engagement.

**End-to-end campaign management:** coordination of multi-channel campaigns with progress tracking against specific success KPIs and member behavior targets to inform future campaign strategies.

**Next Best Action proposals:** proactively surface opportunities for engagement based on claims, electronic health records, and Rx adherence, among other inputs.
